Subject was born in Nevada, later relocating to Pillkill, NV — a township that does not appear on any state-issued map and is listed in no census. Its existence is confirmed only by streaming service metadata and a single gas station receipt recovered from a murder scene.
At an undetermined point in his adolescence, subject became fixated on actor Matthew Lillard, consuming his filmography on a compulsive loop. This obsession escalated following repeated viewings of the 1996 film Scream. Subject legally attempted to change his name to MATTHEW THE FRICK LILLARD — request was denied by the Clark County clerk on grounds of "disturbing intent."
The obsession did not stop at cinema. Subject began to identify with the film's primary antagonist, eventually moving from identification to imitation.
Subject's first confirmed victim was his own mother. Details of the incident are too graphic for standard filing. Following this event, subject systematically eliminated the remainder of his bloodline — his grandmother, his sister — before expanding his activity beyond family units.
Subject has been shot a confirmed multiple times across various incidents. He has survived every instance. PKPD ballistics team has no explanation for this. Dr. ████ ████████ of the Nevada State Medical Board described his continued survival as "physiologically impossible and deeply upsetting."
The name "Buffalo Pill" was assigned to subject by a victim during an active incident who reportedly said, "What are you? Some sort of buffalo pill?" Subject paused, replied "Huh. Buffalo Pill. I think I like that name," and completed the encounter. PKPD considers this the official origin of the alias.
Most notable incident: Las Vegas, NV — committed in collaboration with associate known as MK ULTRA (see Section 03). Exact nature of the Las Vegas incident remains classified above this clearance level. What we can confirm: it was bad.
MK ULTRA — Listed on streaming platforms under this alias. Underground rapper and known criminal. Met subject at an undisclosed location. Their partnership produced crimes of note, most memorably in Las Vegas. Current whereabouts: ████████████, CA. Active investigation.
MC TWIXX — Streaming alias. Met subject at undisclosed event. Subject later produced derogatory content directed at MC Twixx. Twixx reportedly believed the slides came from his wife due to being under the influence of nitrous oxide at the time, subsequently entering a documented public breakdown about Twix bars. Incident unresolved.
MEXICAN MICHAEL JACKSON — Two conjoined twins separated at birth who independently arrived at the same rap alias. Both make music. PKPD psychologists describe their dynamic with subject as "symbiotic and concerning." Appears on REAGANOMICS II. Background check inconclusive.
BRYDN is the single most difficult individual PKPD has ever attempted to investigate. What follows is not a complete profile. It is everything we have. It is not enough.
BRYDN does not appear in any government database. No birth record. No social security number. No known address. No known last name. No known face. Three separate PKPD officers submitted identical resignation letters on the same morning in 20██. The letters contained only the phrase: "I know what I heard."
MANUFACTURED CONSENT is the first album to feature BRYDN on the title track itself. PKPD considers this significant. We do not yet know what it means. We are scared.
Subject presents as perpetually angry with documented episodes of emotional vulnerability. He is afraid of two things: losing, and being made fun of.
Subject has been married twice. Both marriages ended under circumstances PKPD has declined to document. He owns a dog named Scooby Doo, whom he loves unconditionally. Agents report his demeanor in the presence of the dog is "completely different. Like a different guy entirely. It's weird."
Subject also maintains a deep personal attachment to his knife. Forensics have declined to run further tests on it.
Subject has used rap music as a vehicle for self-documentation. Analysts note output is "disturbingly self-aware for someone who has done the things he has done."
Pillkill, Nevada does not exist according to any official record. It does not appear on any map. And yet it is listed as subject's hometown on three streaming platforms. Two officers dispatched to investigate did not return. Their vehicles were found 40 miles outside ████████, NV, engines running, doors open.
Current PKPD position: Pillkill is real. We do not recommend visiting. Stop thinking about it.
